We offer two styles of vacuum pumps to deliver the optimum
amount of vacuum force to suit your application. Our Rotary Vane pump allows minimal leakage
that does not jeopardize hold down force which is optimum in certain applications. The Diaphragm pump provides a very tight seal
between your substrate and the vacuum table with maximum hold down power.
