Vacuum Table Pump and Valves for Sale

Vacuum tables provide a very important function in many industrial processes, holding substrates in place for precision work in critical applications.  When you need a vacuum table that you can rely on, you need superior flatness with powerful holding force, and the proper vacuum pump and valve for your application.
Regenerative Vacuum Pump
The Regenerative Vacuum Pump by Systematic Automation provides good holding power, but not quite as strong as the rotary vane pump.  This Regenerative Pump is often used during processes such as light CNC machining, photography, printing, and engraving and is not quite as strong of a vacuum hold as the Rotary Vane vacuum pump.
Vacuum Valves
Vacuum valves exhausts the vacuum force in the table when in the off position.  Systematic Automation provides various vacuum valves depending on your process.  The standard vacuum valve is an on/off type fit for 1 3/8” inside diameter vacuum hose, requiring at least 80 PSI of compressed air to operate.
The Vacuum Valve with Blowback diverts the exhaust pressure from the pump as air.  Air flow is easily adjusted in flow rate and force by using an adjustment lever on located on the valve.  This valve is also 1 3/8” in hose diameter.
The Adjustable Vacuum Force Intake Valve actually controls the amount of air allowed to enter the vacuum table.  Systematic Automation offers all of these vacuum valves with a Foot Pedal for activation.
Systematic Automation has been manufacturing high performing vacuum chuck systems for more than thirty years.  We design, engineer, manufacture and install superior vacuum systems for virtually any application.
Systematic Automation set the industry standard with maximum flatness in our vacuum chuck systems of +/-.001” per linear foot.  Our tables are available in a wide variety of sizes to accommodate virtually any vacuum table application.  Contact us today to learn more about our proven solutions with vacuum tables.
